WARNING / DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Marina Mount™ system and all related mounting brackets and accessories are
designed for temporary, removable use on boat docks and similar structures. By
purchasing, installing, or using any Marina Mount™ product, the user
acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. Proper Installation Required
    The user is solely responsible for ensuring correct installation, secure
    attachment, and appropriate use of the mounting system. Improper
    installation, modification, or misuse may result in property damage, serious
    injury, or death.
  2. Indemnification
    The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold your company harmless from claims
    arising from misuse, improper installation, or unintended uses.The buyer

  3. User Assumes All Risk
    Use of this product involves inherent risks associated with water
    environments, dock structures, weather conditions, and attached accessories.
    The user assumes all responsibility and risk arising from installation and use.
  4. Product Limitation
    Under no circumstances shall this product be used for human support,
    climbing, stepping, lifting, hoisting, or suspension of any person or load
    intended to carry human weight when occupied. The manufacturer expressly
    disclaims any liability arising from use inconsistent with these instructions.
  5. Inspection & Maintenance
    Users must regularly inspect all mounts, brackets, fasteners, and attached
    items for wear, corrosion, loosening, or damage. Discontinue use
    immediately if any component appears compromised.
  6. Compatibility of Accessories
    Additional products or accessories attached using a Marina Mount™ bracket
    are the responsibility of the user. The manufacturer does not guarantee
    compatibility, stability, or safety of third-party items or user-modified
    attachments
  7. No Guarantee of Performance in All Conditions
    Environmental factors including waves, wakes, wind, storms, or structural
    dock conditions may affect performance. The product is not intended for
    permanent structural support or life-safety applications. The product is sold
    AS IS. Manufacturer disclaims any and all implied of direct warranty except
    as stated.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marina Mount™ and its owners,
    affiliates, and distributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
    incidental, special, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses resulting
    from installation or use of the product.
  9. Acceptance of Terms
    Installation or use of the product constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer.
