Refund policy
At Marina Mount, LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy for returns and exchanges below:
1. Standard Products
- Eligibility: Unused, non-custom items (such as ladders, benches, or small accessories) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging and hardware. Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage are not eligible.
2. Custom & Special Orders
- Final Sale: All custom-built dock accessories, and special-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
3. Exchanges
- Standard accessories may be exchanged for a different size or model, subject to availability.
- If the replacement product is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Care team at 1-877-8MARINA within 30 days of delivery to request authorization.
- Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable method. For large or oversized items, freight shipping may be required.
- Upon inspection, we will issue your refund or exchange.
5. Fees & Refunds
- A [10–20%] restocking fee may apply to returns of standard products.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion at no additional cost to you.

- Custom dock accessories and special-order builds
- Clearance or discounted products
- Items showing signs of use or installation
