Our Commitment to Quality

Marina Mount products are designed to withstand the demanding conditions of marina environments. Each mount and accessory is manufactured with durability and functionality in mind, ensuring dependable performance on your dock.

If a product does not meet these standards due to a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal use of the product.

If a defect is confirmed, Marina Mount, LLC will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• Repair of the defective product
• Replacement with the same or comparable product
• Refund of the original purchase price

All warranty claims must be reviewed and approved by our customer care team.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a defect, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of discovering the issue.

  2. Provide your order information along with photos showing the product and the defect.

  3. Our team will review the claim and provide next steps, which may include return instructions or replacement arrangements.

For products damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a claim.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to the following situations:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
• Modifications or alterations to the product
• Damage caused by accidents, weather events, or environmental conditions
• Products showing signs of installation damage or misuse

Products that have been used outside their intended purpose may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom built accessories and special order items are considered final sale once production begins and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Warranty support may still be provided if a verified manufacturing defect is present.

Inspection and Resolution

In some cases, Marina Mount may request that the product be returned for inspection. Once the item has been reviewed, we will determine whether the issue falls within warranty coverage and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
